There are plans of releasing a Telugu dubbed version on 25th Jan weekend but the details haven't been officially announced yet. Similar kind of plans have been made for a Kannada version but the details are not yet out in the open. The film has done really well in Tamil Nadu in spite of competition from Rajinikanth's Petta and this has happened due to the superb run of the film in the B & C Centers in spite of pre-festive period and this is where it is ahead of Petta by a significant distance.
The film should do huge numbers during the 4 day Pongal period starting today because the holiday festivities will kick in and the film is carrying a good word of mouth too. The film should score the highest first week for Thala Ajith as it should beat the first week numbers of Vedalam by a decent margin as it set for a long run in the domestic circuit for the next couple of weeks at the box office.

- Tamil Nadu - 42 crore Gross
- Kerala - 2.45 crore Gross
- Karnataka - 6 crore Gross
- Rest of India (Tamil) - 0.9 crore Gross
Overseas Numbers - 21.8 crore Gross (3.1 Million USD)
Worldwide - 74 crore gross
