Fighter Day 8 (2nd Thursday) Box Office Collection Suggest an below par business of around 5.25 crore taking the eight days total box office collection to 140 crore.
After the average extended weekend, Fighter has managed to score a below par first week at the box office. The trend is likely to continue to continue going forward. The film might again get decent audience during the second weekend but weekdays will not be at the same level.
Fighter has no competiton in sight and that should help it somewhat at the box office though it will be now restricted to be the urban centers in the metros for majority of its box office.
While the fate of Fighter is sealed, the battle is now about reaching a respectable total in terms of lifetime business considering the star-cast and budget of the film.
Fighter is looking to score an extended first week collection of around 140 crores and then it is about sustaining at the box office to come close to 185-190 crore mark which is feasible because of the lack of competition.
