Deadpool & Wolverine has scored a huge opening day at the box office with excellent collections in the multiplexes; easily the best for Hollywood since Spiderman (2022 Dec).
Deadpool & Wolverine 1st Day Friday Box Office Collection Early Estimates suggest a superb number of around 20.5-21 crore.
Deadpool & Wolverine should continue the momentum throughout the day as there will be a good movement from the walk-in audiences inspite of a working day.
The opening of Deadpool & Wolverine was on the expected lines and it was able to hold its ground throughout with very good occupancies across board at the box office.
While Deadpool 3 has overperformed in South on the opening day, the traditional Hindi markets might outperform Southern markets on Saturday and Sunday at the box office.
Deadpool 3 is competiting with Doctor Strange : Multiverse of Madness Opening Day Collections and that is a huge relief for Marvel which has been struggling off late.
If we go purely in the Hindi box office markets, Deadpool & Wolverine is the second best opener of 2024 after Kalki 2898 AD at lot of places and that will reflect in numbers.
If we only consider multiplexes then Deadpool & Wolverine is easily the best opener in Hindi markets ahead of Kalki 2898 AD and Fighter.
