Akshay Kumar's Sarfira has scored low numbers in its first week at the box office as the film couldn't trend well on the weekdays after a poor first weekend.
Sarfira First Week Box Office Collection indicate a number of around 17.50 crores which is slightly higher than Selfiee but lower than Mission Raniganj.
The fact that Sarfira collected such low numbers inspite of BOGO Offers for three days - Monday to Wednesday speaks volumes about the lack of interest from the public.
Sarfira will hope to retain some shows in the second week otherwise, it might fall below 23-24 crore mark in lifetime numbers as it will have Bad Newz for competion.
Sarfira will beat Selfiee at the box office but that was a cheaper flim whereas it will stay below Mission Raniganj at the box office for sure. All Three are Huge Disasters.
Akshay Kumar again has a new release during Independence Day where Khel Khel Mein will compete against Stree 2 and Vedaa at the box office.
If Akshay Kumar doesn't space out his releases over the next 2 years or so, the box office numbers will go further low at the box office for films which lack interest.
